I want to convert MOBI, EPUB, what-have-you to an output format I can print on letter-size paper. I want to turn off the magic page breaks.
I would really appreciate if Calibre offered 8.5 x 11 letter paper as an output size!
I've tried PDF. It looks good but the page breaks are ridiculous. I don;t want 197 mostly white pages.
Suggestions for a recipe to convert to a format (styled, please) that I can print with most efficient use of paper.
Yes, I know this is an "e-book library / reader / convertor). We don't like ebooks, but we have some. Sometimes, it's the only way to get the book.
