xml:lang empty (pdf to epub)

Hi,

I have been successfully converting file from pdf to epub.

I have noticed that in the first xhtml file produced, I had an html tag with
xml:lang="en"

and in the following xhtml files, the xml:lang="" could be empty.

Is there something I should do to have the language used on each xhtml file?
