Hey, just a rant, and this mightve been mentioned elsewhere, feel free to ignore
So basically pdf only has limited support for CSS, and discovered it doesnt like the text-shadow and box-shadow rules, both which appear barely visible, along with box shadow pinching at the corners, and text shadow creating a duplicate of whatever text its applied to, but without any of the faded shadow on the duplicate, just a second instance of the text itself, printed ontop of the text of the next paragraph
also fwiw, its not an issue of where the rules applied, i got the same result from adding it to the conversion look and feel tab, the epub's 'Edit book' page_styles.css, stylesheet.css, and html file as style="" rules alike.
