Convert to Word - How to Achieve Fewer Styles?

Converting to Word from Epub or Mobi seems to create a style for...every paragraph?

I tried Converting

Epub > HTMLZ > Word

thinking the HTMLZ might collapse all the styles?

Same result.

What do you think is happening?
