Converting from ePub to PDF

Hi,

I have my Calibre set to convert from whatever the extension is to .mobi, but I want to convert this file I got from ePub to PDF & I don't want to change the settings of the software & then have to change it back.

Is there a way to manually just convert a file from one format to another so the settings are still set?
